Process audit
We map where your team's hours actually go, then rank automation opportunities by time saved per dollar spent.
§ 01 · Service · Automation & AI
Workflow automations, AI-powered internal tools, automated reporting, and integrations between the software you already use. This is the AI-native core of what we do — delivered in days, owned by you, maintained without drama.
§ 02 · What this actually is
Every business runs on invisible labor: copying data between tools, chasing follow-ups by hand, assembling the same report every Monday, answering the same questions repeatedly. This service finds that labor and removes it. Concretely: workflow automations that move data and trigger actions between your existing tools; AI-powered internal tools where judgment or language is involved — drafting, triaging, summarizing; automated reporting that assembles itself on schedule; and integrations that make your stack act like one system instead of twelve tabs.
§ 03 · How we deliver it faster
Quantivs is AI-native — every part of our own operation runs on the same automations and AI tooling we'd build for you. That means two things. First, speed: there's no learning curve on your dime, so most automations ship in days. Second, honesty: we know precisely where AI helps and where it's theater, so you'll get automations that actually remove work — not a chatbot bolted onto a broken process. We start with a process audit, automate the highest-friction steps first, and only build custom where off-the-shelf genuinely falls short.
§ 04 · What's included
We map where your team's hours actually go, then rank automation opportunities by time saved per dollar spent.
Data sync, triggers, notifications, and approvals — the repetitive steps, removed and monitored.
Drafting, triage, summarization, extraction — applied where language or judgment is the bottleneck, nowhere else.
Your CRM, email, forms, accounting, and calendars connected into one system that passes data cleanly.
Dashboards and scheduled reports assembled from live data — no more Monday-morning spreadsheet ritual.
Monitoring, fixes when APIs change, and documentation your team can actually follow.
§ 05 · Who it's for
Automation pays back fastest where volume meets repetition — see it framed for your world:
§ 06 · You own it
An automation you can't inspect or export is a dependency, not an asset. Everything we build lives in your accounts, on your subscriptions, with documentation plain enough for a non-technical team to follow.
§ 07 · FAQ
Anything repetitive with clear rules: moving data between tools, follow-up sequences, lead routing, review requests, report assembly, invoice and booking admin, content distribution. AI extends this to language-heavy work — drafting replies, triaging inboxes, summarizing documents. What we won't do is automate a broken process and call it progress; the audit comes first for a reason.
No. The systems run themselves — that's the point. Your team interacts with the same tools they already use; the automation works underneath. Everything ships with plain-language documentation, and we're available when something needs adjusting. You will never need to read code.
The mainstream business stack: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, major CRMs, email platforms, e-commerce platforms, accounting tools, form builders, calendars, and anything with a reasonable API. If a tool you rely on is obscure, we'll assess it in the audit and tell you honestly what's possible.
Whichever removes the work for less money. Many automations belong on proven platforms we configure properly; genuinely unique workflows get custom-built tools. We recommend off-the-shelf when it's the right answer — it's cheaper to run and easier to maintain — and build custom only where the off-the-shelf options genuinely fall short.
Automations are monitored, and when a third-party API changes something (it happens), we fix it — that's what the maintenance layer is for. And yes, you own everything: the workflows live in your accounts, the documentation is yours, and any competent person can take over maintenance. No hostage systems.
§ 08 · Start
Tell us what your team does over and over. We'll map it, rank it, and tell you what we'd automate first — and what it saves.
