§ 01 · Service · Web & product builds

Websites and apps, built in days — not months, not at agency prices.

Custom sites, web apps, plugins, and mobile apps, designed and built by a lean team with AI-accelerated workflows. Production quality, honest timelines, and you own every line of code when we're done.

§ 02 · What this actually is

Real engineering, not a template with your logo on it.

This is custom web and product development: marketing sites that load fast and rank, web applications with real logic behind them, WordPress and plugin work where that platform fits, and mobile apps when the use case earns one. We choose the stack per project — modern frameworks, WordPress, or lean static builds — based on what you'll actually maintain, not what's fashionable. Every build is responsive, accessible, and set up with on-page SEO fundamentals from day one, because retrofitting those later is the expensive way.

§ 03 · How we deliver it faster

AI writes the scaffolding. Senior people make the decisions.

Most of a traditional build's timeline is boilerplate: project setup, repeated UI patterns, form handling, content migration. AI-accelerated workflows collapse that layer, so a lean team spends its days on architecture, design judgment, and review — the parts that actually determine quality. The result: what used to take a ten-person agency weeks ships from a small team in days, at a fraction of the cost. Not rushed — the slow parts were never the valuable parts.

§ 04 · What's included

Everything a launch needs, in one scope.

01

Design

A distinctive, editorial-grade design system for your brand — typography, color, layout — not an off-the-shelf theme.

02

Build

Clean, reviewed code on a stack chosen for your case — custom, WordPress, or app framework — documented for handover.

03

Responsive & accessible

Works properly from a 375px phone upward, keyboard-navigable, and respectful of reduced-motion settings by default.

04

On-page SEO setup

Titles, meta, semantic structure, alt text, and performance fundamentals baked in — so the site can rank from launch.

05

Launch & QA

Cross-device testing, deployment, and a working production environment — not a zip file and good luck.

06

Handover

Full transfer of code, accounts, and credentials, with documentation. You can run it yourself from day one.

§ 06 · You own it

The code is yours. All of it.

Too many agencies hold client work hostage — "our platform," "our CMS," renewal fees to keep your own site alive. We do the opposite.

Source codeIn your repository, documented, from day one.
Accounts & hostingRegistered in your name, with your credentials.
Content & dataExportable, portable, never locked in our systems.
Freedom to leaveAny competent developer can take over. That's the test.

§ 07 · FAQ

Questions about web & product builds.

How fast can you actually build a website?

A focused marketing site typically ships in days; larger sites and web apps take one to a few weeks depending on scope and content readiness. AI acceleration removes the boilerplate, not the thinking — design and architecture decisions still get proper senior attention. We'll give you a concrete timeline with the scope, and it will be honest.

Do I own the code?

Yes, completely. The repository, the hosting account, the domain, the CMS — all registered to you and handed over with documentation. You can maintain it yourself, hire anyone else to, or ask us to run it. There's no renewal fee to keep access to your own product.

WordPress or custom — which should I choose?

It depends on who maintains it after launch. If your team will edit content regularly and you want a familiar admin, WordPress is often right — we build and extend it properly, including plugin work. If performance, custom logic, or an app-like experience matters more, a modern custom stack wins. We'll recommend based on your situation, not our preference, and tell you when the cheaper option is fine.

Can you build a web app or a mobile app, not just a site?

Yes — web applications with real functionality (dashboards, portals, tools) are core work for us, and we build mobile apps when the use case justifies one. If a responsive web app would serve you better than a native app — it often does, at a fraction of the cost — we'll say so plainly.

What stack do you use?

Whatever fits the project: modern JavaScript frameworks for apps, WordPress where it belongs, lean static builds for speed-critical marketing sites, and standard mobile toolchains for apps. The constant isn't the framework — it's clean, documented, reviewed code that someone else could pick up. That's what "you own it" means in practice.
